Honey and ginger aromas with some parsnip and blossom. Fresh botrytis and candied fruit. Very clean, must have been a very rigorous selection, and presumably a very small production compared to normal. Very good freshness and depth of flavour. Elegant persistent and expansive finish. A terrific wine in the circumstances.
