Intense golden colour. Opulent and multi-layered nose with lots of fruit, granadilla, candied pear, peach jam, candied lemon peel, hints of grapefruit zests, tangerine, backed by elegant spiciness and a whiff of vanilla. With some time in the glass, floral hints are turning up, white lilies and elder blossoms. On the palate excellent with great depth and length, fine minerality, elegant acidity taming the rich sweetness, a Barsac with precision in a very pure style.
