Fine yellow colour of medium intensity with slightly green hue. Refined nose with fragrant fruit, ripe peaches and apricots, hints of starfruit and granadilla, white lilies and elder blossoms, hints of tangerine zest in the background. On the palate excellent structure with great depth and length, juicy fruit, fine citrus fruit and ripe yellow stone fruit, floral hints in the background. Almost salty minerality in the finish creating an exciting tension.
