When tasted, an initial oily sensation akin to nectar is experienced, but it quickly dissolves on the tongue, embodying the delicate terroir of Barsac. The flavors of dried apricots, yellow plum jam, white truffles, and cinnamon slowly merge into a world of orange honey water, culminating in a gentle sweetness on the aftertaste.
