Château Coutet 2020: 94-95

The pure freshness is not coming from acidity but sharp mineral notes. The palate is round and soft as expected, interspersed with acacia, honey, and gentle marmalade. A strand of slight bitterness contibutes more layers of nuance and complexity; and later lightned up by restrained and intense mineral notes on teh finish.
