Bright, medium, golden yellow, silver reflections. Still quite restrained on the nose with a subtle herbal savouriness, smoky nuances, yellow tropical fruit, especially mango. Medium complexity on the palate, ripe pineapple, apricot, a fine acidic structure, good overall balance with a delicate leafy note and a touch of white pepper on the finish.
