Château Coutet 2016: 18+/20 Stunning freshness coupled with patisserie notes and lemon balm freshness this is a slippery-smooth wine with beautiful control and a lovely long finish. It will drink well as a young wine and also, I anticipate, as a 25-year-old wine, too. Matthew Jukes

Nous ouvrons donc un très beau Coutet 1988 (19/20 La RVF, 91/100 Wine Specator), un délicieux mélange de coing, d’abricots murs et de miel. Parfait à boire maintenant mais dont la fraîcheur pourrait permettre d’attendre quelques années encore.
